Ideally situated between two commuter rail stations and within a 10-minute walk to downtown Melrose, this transit-oriented development offers exceptional convenience. Collaborating closely with City Planner Ms. Denise Gaffey, Burkhard successfully revitalized the area, achieving the site’s goals for this newly zoned region.
