40-unit luxury apartment located in Coolidge Corner.

40-unit apartment building located in the heart of the Melrose downtown area and steps away from the Wyoming Commuter Rail Station.
26 luxury condominiums with garage parking. This transit-orientated development site is the first development in the new ‘Tremont Street corridor zone’.
